Time! I need more time!
This summer has zoomed by, and I haven't gotten done nearly as much as I have dreamed.
My storefront is a work in progress...I have SO many ideas, but not enough time in the day to illustrate them all! Not only this...but, putting the items onto the storefront takes a lot of time for me...especially since our Internet keeps messing up (I'm still not sure if it is one of the the two routers we have, the modem, or our cable connection...*sigh*).
Another venture I am working on is my online class I wish to start. You wouldn't believe what this entails! I'm still trying to decide if I want to teach computer-based classes, or start off with a traditional class. Decisions...decisions.
Then, there is work. My entire lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, tests and syllabi need to be changed because we have upgraded our software apps AND now the one class I teach is going to be combining two different software applications (InDesign CS2 AND QuarkXPress)...so, the lessons I have perfected the last 3 1/2 years have to be tweaked AGAIN. This class used to just be my Quark class; but, now I will be teaching InDesign in both my Intro class and my Digital Publishing classes. I also want to change the way I do my grading...AND, as always...I always try to improve on my classes. Okay...I admit it...I LOVE doing this, so no complaints from me! I love being a teacher and always perfecting my craft! LOL!
Then, there is fun. I have been wanting to sew all summer long! I also want to get out some woodworking tools and make some knitting boards...AND I want to play with my daughter's new Playstation!
I enjoy doing ALL of these things...but, it is finding the time to do them! So...if you have some spare time...please send it my way! I sure could use it!
In the meantime...please check out my storefront, Silver Moon Designs, to see some of my creations. Maybe you will find something you like! Also, check back often because I hope to update it daily!

Picturing me in that thong with the rose on it... ROFL! I like your store :o)
I hear ya ! that's one thing--us creative types never get bored (ha ha). I say you simply take a vacation, just for a weekend even, and try and forget these things for a few days.
